Several years ago, some of the Georgian tea lovers were gathered in the village and decided to contribute to the revival of Georgian tea.

Mziani Group was founded in 2007. In this period, the Mziani tea factory was purchased. The aim of the group was to revive tea production in mountainous villages of Guria including: creating new jobs at the base of Mziani tea factory; purchasing  green tea from the local population; assisting population in the rehabilitation of plantations; realisation of high quality black and green bay tea on the local market; exporting.
      Since 2010, we have also started processing bay leaves.

Today Mziani Group includes GGG Ltd. (JSC 237109473) and GGG-Mziani Ltd. (JSC 437075825).

Mziani Group owns Mziani tea factory.

Mziani Group has long time relationship history with companies from Ukraine and Uzbekistan.

Today, Mziani Group produces black tea, green tea and laurel leaves. The products are sold both in the domestic market and for export (Ukraine, Uzbekistan).

Mziani Group is interested in finding new partners.
